Real Property Tax Assessment System
(RPTAS)
RPTS provides an automated system for assessing taxes
due on real estate properties performed by the Assessor's office. It
has facilities for property valuation based on market value as well
as provides for appropriate adjustments. This module is linked to the
RPTS module for the Treasurer's office for the billing and collection
operations.
Real Property Tax Billing System
(RPTS)
The billing functions of the Treasurer's office for
the assessed taxes due on real estate properties. It has facilities
for producing billing notices/statements and monitoring of payments
collected in the Revenue Collection System (RCS).
Business Permit & License System
(BPLS)
The Business Permit and License System builds and updates
the LGU's business/mayor's permit and establishment master files. It
also builds up and maintains data on business permit-related transactions
which include: new applications and renewals of business permits, and
closure of business establishments.
Accounting System (AS)
The AS enables automatic posting to books of accounts
and subsidiary ledgers as well as automatic generation of financial
reports.
Budget Preparation & Monitoring
System (BPMS)
The BPMS takes over the manual task of consolidating
the budgets of all units in an organization and produces reports such
as Projected Cash Flow Statements. It maintains in a database the approved
budget of each unit, thus information on budget balances and variances
between budgeted amounts and actual expenditures are captured.
Fund Management System (FMS)
The FMS provides information by summary statistics
on the status of disbursements being processed.
Revenue Collection System (RCS)
The RCS captures and maintains a database of all revenue
collections and bank deposit transactions. It also generates the required
standard reports on collections and deposits.
Investments Monitoring System (IMS)
The IMS provides information to enable the LGU Treasurer
to maximize interest earnings from investments. It provides updated
reports on existing investments made by the LGU.
Procurement System (PS)
PS keeps track of all requisition issue vouchers (RIVs)
and purchase orders/job orders (POs and JOs) including updated status
reports on each of these. The system tackles the three (3) different
kinds of purchases in government, namely: Three canvass sheets, Bidding
and purchase from DBM Procurement Service. Likewise, it maintains a
database of suppliers/contracts.
Payroll Processing System (PAYROLL)
The PAYROLL generates the payroll of the LGU including
remittance reports.
Inventory Control System (ICS)
In order to achieve the benefits and objectives on
inventory, the ICS has efficient recording of inventory transactions
and Monitoring of status.
Assets Management System (AMS)
The AMS covers the life cycle of an from commissioning
through assignment, use/operation, maintenance and repair, inspection
and evaluation to disposal. Buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles
and tools are some of the LGU assets to be monitored and managed.
Information System (EIS) Executive
The Executive Information System will access the data
of the application systems in order to provide management with easy-to-understand
summary information. The EIS also provides the facility to drill down
for more detailed data as needed. The EIS makes it possible for decision-makers
to see both the big picture and little details. It allows the Local
Chief Executive and LGU officials to quickly access vital information.
Programs and Projects Planning
System (PPPS)
The PPPS integrates and maintains all relevant data
on all programs and projects, thus allowing maximum utilization and
optimization of available resources.
Health Care Facilities System (HCFS)
The HCFS maintains a database of the LGU's health care
facilities, personnel and all services offered to its constituents.
Education Facilities System (EFS)
The EFS maintains a database on the LGU's educational
facilities and provides information and periodic reports on the state
of existing educational facilities as well as relevant data and statistics
regarding these facilities.
Personnel Management System (PMS)
The PMS covers the major functions of personnel management
and keeps updated personnel data at all times.
