Progress Orbix

Orbix 6.3 is the current release of Progress' enterprise CORBA product. New features include the facility to allow Orbix 3 clients to call Orbix 6 servers, CORBA reflection (CORBA object can answer queries about interface at runtime), and the continued commitment to maintain binary compatibility.

Orbix Standard is for:

• CORBA developers with requirements for extreme system performance and scalability, and enterprise qualities of service
• Organizations with requirements for world-class technical CORBA support (24x7 if needed) from a company that has assisted in the development and deployment of the world's largest SOA projects
