Customer Information
Each customer is assigned a unique customer number. For Corporate and Leasing customer both the Corporate information and Car user information is stored.
Car Inventory Maintenance
The system maintains and monitors cars in the inventory. The system validates all additional inputs making sure a unique CS NO., Frame Number and Engine Number is maintained.
Vehicle Sales Proposal (VSP)
A Vehicle Sales Proposal is maintained for each potential customer identifying necessary information with regards to the car purchased. Such information includes (Customer Information, Model of Car, Color Terms of Payment, Downpayment.
Car Allocation
When a VSP is ready for allocation all cars in inventory matching the requirements are displayed based on First In First Out basis. Helping the company manage costly Car Inventory properly.
For Loading
All cars that are scheduled for release passes through this particular module. This module is linked to both the Parts and Service System for monitoring and recording.
Car Invoicing
Although this particular module forms part of the Sales System access is limited only to the Credit and Collection users which are responsible for the preparations of Vehicle Sales Invoice.
Subsidy
Monetary subsidy given by the Head Office/Plant is tracked down and recorder in this particular module.
